Our land

We purchased a 10 acre piece of land closer to the Valley. It's on a private road and in a great school district. Not to mention Gma and Gpa are only a hop and a skip down the road. Here are some pictures. You can really only see the front 5. The rest is all behind and around it in trees.

My Little Country Kids

Luke, Laura, and Abby love the outdoor. So maybe in that way they will be more like me. I don't know where the girls get the "girly" side. We were at our property yesterday mowing, and these were some of the pictures that I was able to capture.

Luke was helping his dad most of the time.

Laura enjoyed playing in the tall grass.

Abby was happy to be in her stroller.

Poor Luke had a "shadow" all day.

Laura wanted to know where the horsies were.

Luke was telling Laura about the grass, and to not get on the road.

Abby's 4 Month Check up

Abby at 4 months

I'm not real sure what I did to deserve such an angel of a baby, maybe God is saying sorry because Laura cried for the first 3 months of her life. Anyway, I don't care. All I know is that Abby is the best little baby any mother could ask for. Today she went in for her 4 month appointment. She was such a trooper. She laughed and giggled up until they stuck her twice. I just kept telling her it was the wicked old nurses doing it not mommy. HAHA. She passed with flying colors. It was no surprise to me when the ped doc told me that she is a very little girl. Her weight is 11 lbs which puts her in the 10th percentile in weight. Her height was 23 in, which puts her in the 5th percentile. She also has a little peanut head. That god because the other two had bigger heads, which they finally grew into.

Yard Sale Mania

Abby is my little love bug

Laura's new apartment!

This past weekend I got to actually go to Fulton to hit yard sales with my mom. She does this every weekend, but only get to do it when Greg and my dad agree to watch the kids. We found a lot of good deals (which Greg was happy for). And then there is that one purchase where you have to ask yourself "Why did I come home with this huge princess tent?", I don't know. But Laura LOVES it! She has moved into it. Her dolls, play kitchen, and pillows are now in it.  She has it positioned where she can play in it, and watch TV. I even noticed her little princess car parked outside of it. She is to funny. Luke just likes to run in and make her mad. Abby could care less as long as they don't bother her.

Laura actually got to play with Luke's Leap Pad for a few minutes.

Luke was ready to change out the DVD.

Silly kids

Abby loves the camera

Laura loves to give her "Sissy" kisses

These kids crack me up. This week has been rough. All 3 kids have some sort of cold, along with Greg. Even though I know they don't feel well, they still flash me those smiles, laughs, and special hugs. They even like to cuddle more when they don't feel well, and that's OK with me.

Luke didn't care about his picture, but he did like his sucker.

Happy Mother's Day!

Laura really did like her dress from Gma, but wasn't feeling well

Abby's hat was a little to big, but she was a trooper.

My handsome little man was "Cheesing" for me.

My Mother's Day this year was so much fun. I awoke to a breakfast made just for me in bed (delivered by my hubby and kids). Then on to some presents, and planting of some flowers. Then a little spring cleaning in the old garage. Last, a great time at Gma and Gpa Ross's house for a big family Mother's Day dinner. Great fun.
