Yes Folks We Have A Winner!

Finally Luke has decided to work on his M's (believe me I have been saying it to him over and over and over again). He now says mama. It's funny because when I get up or leave his sight, I hear "mama". Then when he sees me he laughs. I never knew how great those little words would feel to hear. Priceless. Greg still laughs because he got dada first. I told him it was only because that's the easiest thing for him to say, but as soon as Greg gets home all we hear is dada. It's funny to watch Greg's face light up (now that really is priceless).

Off to the Races!

Luke now has mastered running around in his jeep walker. His favorite game is for me to chase him up and down the hallways and room to room. Once I get him I have to of course tickle him. That really gets those little legs moving, but boy it wears you out.

All Dressed Up

Today I decided to put Luke in one of his "cutie" outfits. He puts up with me dressing him up (but I don't think he really likes it). Today I told him he was dressed up to go to Wal-Mart and Michaels. He just laughed at me. It seems like we end up at Wal-Mart just about everyday.

Sorry Colts

Luke didn't seem to mind that his friend Peyton Manning's team lost last night. I call him his friend because I really think Luke believes that. Anytime the man is on TV or he hears his voice he stares at the TV, and just laughs and laughs. He was all grins yesterday.

Back in Fulton

Greg and Brad went on thier annual fishing trip. This year they took a week long trip to Lake Falcon in Texas. While they were gone, Otis, myself, and Luke decided to go visit in Fulton. My parents were excited to see Luke of course (I'm not sure about myself or Otis). We bummed around, and got to visit with friends. My mom even took some time off to spend with us. We had a fun trip to Jeff City to shop and see Daniel on his lunch break. We were going to go to the Lake, but decided to save that for a nicer day. We actually got to stay one day longer than expected due to the snow storm that hit. Overall, the week went by to fast. We had so much fun we really didn't want to go home, but we missed Greg to much.

Luke's First Haircut

Luke's hair has been growing really fast right above his ears. We call them his Flyaways. So I finally took him into his cousin Lisa's shop to get a trim while we were in Fulton. He really didn't care for the scissors, but loved the electric clippers. He didn't cry or squirm. Lisa did a GREAT job, and my little man looked handsome.
